I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER TWO YEARS TO GET CALLED TO RECEIVE MY APARTMENT! To make matters worse every time I call for an update they keep telling me that they changed management and they can’t tell me where on the list is my application, with a very rude attitude. I have three year old and by now we should’ve been called or at least giving actual accurate information as to when are we going to get called. This is ridiculous that even after TWO YEARS I can’t get anyone to actually do their job. I want to contact HR but the employees refuse to give me the telephone number and told me to just search up the number. They need to be reported!!!

I've been living here a year, its the worst apartment complex ever. They never fix anything, my stove broke in August it's now December & i still can't use my stove. The neighbors are noisy all the time, someone is always being murdered out here & the parking lot near the dumpsters are always filthy. My toilet over flows at least once a month which i have to clean up, the room ceiling was leaking water, they didn't not fix it until the ceiling fell in, and took their time coming here to look at it on a Friday but didn't fix it until Tuesday(No it wasn't a holiday). I could go on but unlike most of the people out here i have to work in the morning. I hate it here & can't move out fast enough.

Well I just moved back in my Apartment November 3rd 2021. They had moved me and my sibling for 30 days so they can renovate my Apartment. Since then I had no complaints until NOW. My toilet needs to be 🪠 this morning ASAP. Also under neath of my 🚪 needs to be fixed. I'm going to call this morning to address my issues. I just hope to God their will not be anymore problems. Which they probably will be. Because 30 days to renavate an apartment is just not enough time in my book. I just think they just up and rushed the renovation process when things are just happening little by little. I cross my fingers & toes on this.😚

Since there are new owners of this complex it is dirty. The apartments aren't being taken care of some have mole in them because the walls sweat and management isn't working on the situation. Trash is everywhere. Extermination is not being done. Rodents are everywhere. Mind you there are a lot of children and babies living in this environment.
