Community Manor Apartments

I've been living here 18 years and it was ok until Cabot Group took over. They immediately raised the rent significantly, switched my lease from 12 months to 6 months then back to 12 months with over $100 increases in rate each time. Now I'm trying to leave and they want 4 months rent for 2 months living. They've made no improvements to my apartment. My cupboards are falling apart, there is water damage from a leaking tub above me, sink above me and under my sink. My carpet is so old it's fraying apart. The closet doors don't fit right. I've had mice and wasp issues. There is mold in the walls and on the windows. The apartment has made me sick due to my allergies for years. They got rid of the pool which was the only perk to living here. This place is HORRIBLE and they don't care. DO NOT

I've been living here for a year and have had a great experience. The apartment is conveniently located, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff are also very helpful and responsive.

I love living here. The office and maintenance people are very friendly. I have lived here many, many years. The property is always kept up. I live in a very quiet building. The apartment is spacious & has wall to wall closets in the bedrooms. I feel safe living here.

I have had a pleasant experience at Community Manor Apartments. It's quiet and peaceful. Both the neighbors and management are very nice. These apartments have the best price and value! Update 05/05/2025: I'm renewing my lease again because I've had a great experience here at Community Manor Apartments. The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and the location offers easy access to grocery stores and restaurants.

I have been living here at Community Manor Apartments for just under a year now. Between my move-in process, maintenance, and communication with the Leasing Office Staff (particularly Laurie), my residence at this complex has been stellar for my first renting experience. I have enjoyed living here so much that even though I was looking to upgrade to a bigger space, after looking seriously at 1 other Cabot Group property, I am choosing to stay at Community Manor Apartments, and upgrading to a 2 bedroom with my partner. In my opinion, it is the perfect rental unit to start our lives together. A stepping stone that will allow us to save money while being more than comfortable.
