Typical shady billing practices you'd expect from an HOA. They're useless. Put i. 4 speed bumps like parking barriers, Fire dept made them remove.

Just moved into my new home managed by CMG less than a year from the point to writing this review. Since moving in, my water has been shut off six times, power shut off three times, two street lamps have been broken and not repaired, and worst of all, they approved construction of my driveway without providing any notice to me or my neighbors that share the driveway of the timeframe of the construction, what the construction was for (driveway was perfectly fine as far as I could tell), or even the fact that the construction project was happening. Now my driveway is gone, and the construction crew only shows up once every two weeks. It’s been three months now and the project isn’t finished. This management company screwed up the disclosure paperwork on a home I purchased in 2023 in a community they manage. They provided out of date rules and regulations (from 2019, when they'd been updated in 2022.) The documents contained materially significant information that would have affected my purchasing decision. Since they didn't disclose it, I purchased the home and only found out after the fact when they sent violations on items that I had never had disclosed to me. Their only answer was "Oops, our bad." I contacted the NRED Ombudsman office, however the only recourse they provided was notice that I'd have to hire an attorney and sue them for their malfeasance. Specifically for Mayra in the billing department, she was very rude. I never received a statement regarding due HOA yearly fees. And got sent to collections right away. I called to ask why I never received anything or what their secondary form of communication is..she just said "well everyone knows you owe a yearly HOA you don't need a statement". Talk about laziness! All companies send billing statements you dope! Horrible employee

TERRIBLE. They never answer the phone. It sometimes takes them over a week to call back if at all. The HOA monthly payment goes up every single year but the quality of service is far less than bare minimum. How’s are frustrating most of the time but this company is the worst of the worst. VERY quick to fine you over the most menial infractions but extremely slow to actually help. Instead offering help the front desk complains at you about how their job is so hard. Zero stars if it were possible.
