The place at Marlboro Apartments is a nightmare snow and ice never cleared, rules ignored, management nonexistent, and trashy tenants mooch off the system while the hardworking few pay rent and deal with constant chaos and weed smell in a “smoke-free” complex. If things don’t improve, I’ll be contacting the City of Marlboro, and I’m sure the mayor would love to hear about it.

Not one person has called me back or responded to my emails including other tenants that I know that have called and emailed Nicole from Resident Services. Joyce quit who was property Manager number 4 (The Place At Burlington) and this place has only been here for a year. We have loud tenants and weed smells and dealers all in here which is why I’m escalating this to the Mayor of the township whom I met thanks to Joyce in September. Nicole should really start answering emails because this will all fall on her due to her lack of communication.

Heritage at Elton is the worst place to live in. 6 years ago it was fine. But it has gone straight downhill since. Getting anything done is next to impossible. I was told about 5 yrs ago that my kitchen floor would get new tiles. The tiles are as old as this building. Several broken, discolored……. Well I’m still waiting. Water pressure has been very weak for nearly 2months which taking showers, washing closing are very difficult. Apparently a pump of some kind need’s replacing but management hasn’t done a thing to fix it. Calling the main office is useless as these people do not answer the phone, no return calls Come rent day gotta be on time of they fine you 50.00 We have 1 superintendent whos asked to take care of a building with 150 or so apartments .i think it’s next to impossible for

Be very skeptical about this company. I sent an email out letting them know that the compliance manager (Sherly) at the (The Place At Burlington) asked some very invasive questions throughout my intake process and wanted a photo of my debit card in order to get approved last week and I declined and told her she can move forward with someone else (they never got back to me btw). That was not the only invasive question she asked. She went through my transactions in front of and asked me who people were as if that was relevant or her business then later said that management wanted to know who someone else was in my transactions. She was so busy going through my transactions, poking and prying instead of doing what she was supposed to do. If it were in fact true that someone above her in char

The communication between C.I.S., resident relations and property managers especially at their apartments in Woolwich Township, NJ is a lot to be desired. I can't get anyone to return my calls, replace things that have been broken in my apartment since June 2024 until present October 2024. They tell you one thing and do another. No trustworthiness here. Then they want you to sign a lease 3-4 months in advance! Until they follow protocol my rent, water & sewer will be put into escrow beginning November 2024.
