I’m a real estate agent and frequently communicate with HOAs on behalf of my clients, and I have to say that Valeria Perez with Community Association Services has been the most helpful and kind representative I’ve ever worked with. She took the time to answer all of my buyers’ questions clearly, thoroughly, and promptly. Valeria, thank you so much for your professionalism, patience, and support, you truly made the process smoother for everyone involved!

Disgraceful. They jack up fees to build little HOA empires that serve the developer—not the homeowners. Maintenance is a joke, and it’s mostly limited to the main roads to fool anyone who isn’t paying attention.

I have had a terrible experience with CAS. I am behind on paying my dues and have tried no less than 6 times via four different methods to make the back payments in full and no one has responded. I called multiple times and had to leave messages, I went by the physical address and was greeted by a sign on the door indicating that they are not accepting walk-in visits, then I emailed the manager and nothing! If the manager or owner at CAS sees this, please contact me. CAS responsiveness is egregious!

If I could rate this organization lower than 1 star I would. This organization steals (unauthorized debits that have no backup documents) money from their clients and refuses to reimburse in a timely manner, if at all (still haven't received the refund). I was overcharged over $3,000 for water invoicing the last 2 months and their inept accounting department won't even return a phone call or email. After looking into my statements it appears that they have been overcharging me for water for over year and will not provide any backup documentation proving themselves innocent. If they had the proper backup it wouldn't take over a month to provide. Run far and fast from this company.

The absolute worst in payment processing and customer service!!! We received a letter stating our HOA assessment fee was past due. We believe this claim to be false as the payment was made before the due date. A phone number was provided in the letter, but no one answers the phone and messages left are not returned. I emailed the Executive VP for CAS regarding the matter and received an Out of the Office reply and was advised to contact another person. I also received an Out of Office reply from the 2nd person and was told to contact a 3rd. I am still awaiting a response to my phone messages and email.
