I have lived in my home for over 20 year's & never had more problems with the person or group managing this mobile home park until they Commonwealth got their horrible hands on this place. They have changed the conditions of our lease agreements with out any kinda of notifications or a new lease for the tenants to sign. Which is illegal. Not even a community letter saying so much as hi we are Commonwealth your new property management company. Our car ports are run down & barely standing they they bully, and harass some tenants but not others they don't say anything. They'll give other tenants multiple tries to fix any issues or problems like late rent or property appearance with other tenants but not all like for example I have been here 20 years and in 20 years I have never once had an ev

I visited the Sundial Tour of Homes with my mother today. The community is beautiful. We met a team of professionals that provided us access to everything we needed to see. Rhonda, Jim, Rickie and Melissa sold us on the place. I think we will buy.

Sarah had my father in a conversation about my rent being consistently late! Free $50.00 fees with no work for her part. My father said he paid the late fees & the rent. He said she said she was helping me to work things out! Only correspondents I got from here about being late, was a 30 day eviction notice. No notification of rent or fees being paid!! She's been on site twice without ever a knock on my door! My observations, are they want all residents to be evicted. With them taking over trailers left, then selling them under abandonment rulings! UNPROFESSIONAL describes this mobile home park management business' treatment of prospective space renters. Thankful I encountered that lack of professionalism before making the mistake of actually purchasing a mobile home in one of their parks.
