I have lived here 10 years. Prior my mother lived here 25 years. Commonwealth Realty in WA is impossible to work with. They are underhanded in financial matters. After a few years they assigned a man who is cruel, makes absolutely wired assumptions. And seems to be in cahoots with a couple of my paranoid, unfriendly neighbors. The community tried to purchase the park so this abuse would stop. But before we could, in all fairness, as a resident purchase takes priority, before we could make our second bid, as we were willing to go higher, the Commonwealth pulled the sale. There is no where in our state for poor seniors. This company thinks they can get away with going $30/ mo. Over the 5% cap. Social Security only gave a 2.75 raise this year. Over charged me 2 days early. Never deposited my money order for over 15 days. Then after over charging my bank account, return the money order I can't refund because it's addressed to them. I have been waiting 2 days to speak to the person in charge there of my account. Overall the general cleanliness of my property is better but at what cost. My property rent has gone up yearly for 6 years in a row. Wish they would call me back instead of directing this person or that person via phone tag to give me a message that is not complete or correct. I'm on disability, don't drive and yet I'm supposed to go same day to put this money order into my account with a money order addressed to the management of the property. Auto pay has a date I agreed to. Then it tries to post other dates early. They don't call me back about it. My bank can't select what days they try to run it. Then I get fat fees. They wait another month and withdrew 2 months at the end of the month 3 days before my next disability deposit would go in. Disabled and having to schedule rides its hard to jump to accommodate their issues. Maybe this post will get me a call back.

I have had a water pressure problem since I’ve moved into a trailer park 5 years ago. I contacted the property manager just after I moved in. She told me, “ I had someone check, and it’s not at “our” end, it’s yours.” B.S. she NEVER sent ANYONE out. Come to find out the park has a leak ONLY on my side of the park. This has been going on for 5 YEARS people! It’s like pulling teeth from a cat to get anything out of this management! I shouldn’t have to go 5 miles to my brothers house to take a damned shower. It would take me 1 hour to just wash my hair with the water pressure I have. ( it was bad before, but now it’s almost non- existent.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever seen! They do selective enforcement and are trying to override state laws. Their regional manager who lives in the apartment necxt to our park has her boyfriend park in our visitor spots and fire line. She continually yells at residents and lies! It's really sad that any company would feel that she is a asset. It's really getting out of control and time to contact a lawyer
