Commonwealth Code Inspection

I have had good experiences with this companies services in the past. As of lately though getting the inspector to show when he says he will has been a challenge. I have had 3 times where the inspector shows up early and leaves comes without me calling and then shows up late. I have been sitting on this job today for and 1 hour and fifteen minutes past when we were supposed to meet. It would be appreciated if there was a little more consideration for the contractors time also. I have another job I’m supposed to be on with employees sitting there waiting for me. So to sum it up. I will be charged 4 times for this inspection. Which will cost me $200.00. I have wasted over three hours of my time which is roughly $150.00 of missed earnings due to not being on another job and the cost

I have used this company twice for electrical inspections. "Jeff" (the electrical inspector) is always pleasant and reasonable. He's happy to answer questions and is usually available to come out the same day if you call in the morning.

I changed my permit and no longer needed an inspection but I paid for one on the first permit. I have called and emailed since September of 2020 and only spoke to one person on one occasion and have not seen my refund or heard from anyone. I would find another inspection company.

No communication, had to wait hrs for them to show. Simon never built anything in his life he has no idea. Only has the job because of daddy Pete.

Townships need to run from this inspection service!! They have poor communication!! And they are not honest! They cost contractors time and money and upset home owners !!!
