I HAD to come back and change my review after finishing my lease here (Aug 2024–Aug 2025). The apartment itself was fine, but the management practices were an absolute nightmare. Management Instability & Ignored Issues Management changed three times in one year, and each switch meant less accountability. Serious problems were ignored: domestic violence complaints, open drug use and sales, unsupervised kids at the pool, and trash left behind after parties. Meanwhile, the entrances constantly smelled like dog urine (tenants let their pets relieve themselves in the doorways), hallways reeked of garbage because people ignored trash pickup rules, and the so-called “Non-Smoking Community” was meaningless—people smoked freely because management never enforced it. Hands down best apartment and customer service I’ve ever had at a complex. Honestly, I’d say they are less like apartments and more like condos with tall ceilings and open floor plans. Our unit has a corner wrapped porch and we have the most beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the courtesy of our living room. Katrina and Brittany are an all star team that have curated such a seamless move in experience. Even the maintenance is top notch and super helpful. I absolutely love living here and I’m so thankful that I stumbled across this community as the next step for our family. Did I mention they’re brand new!?

this is my first apartment and the team has made my transition so smooth into the community, thank you Wendell for answering my maintenance requests same day each time and being so helpful he was very kind, knowledgeable and enjoyable to speak with i appreciate that he took the time to explain to me what caused the issue and how to resolve it if it comes back up again! :)

Kaytlin and Boban were amazing with accommodating my family’s and I’s needs! First impression from Boban was perfect, he presented such a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere making myself and family comfortable! The vibes were and are great at Commonwealth Apartments. Truly both Kaytlin and Boban worked hard gathering all our documents together and making sure they walked us through step by step with our application process. Would 10/10 recommend this Commonwealth Apartments as the leasing agents welcome you with a friendly face and a positive outgoing work ethic. Joining the community was very easy and fairly quick!! The amenities are beautiful and the Apartments themselves have a gorgeous interior and exterior design & layout! Overall if you’re looking to live in an apartment complex

I called to ask about section 202 for people with disabilities and the guy just basically refused to answer my question. He kept telling me over and over that our property is for anyone that qualifies and you have to have three times the rent. I asked to speak for a manager he put me on hold for 5 minutes and no manager ever came he said she was in a meeting of course. I explained to him section 202 is special housing for people with disabilities that are under 62 so you don't qualify for senior housing but for disabilities and the rent is lower due to the disability act. He knew nothing about this but the fact that he was so rude and just was repetitive with what he kept saying he obviously knew nothing about section 202. Even if I was paying full rent and could afford it definitely would
