I have multiple problems and the only one was kind of fix was the ghost ants in the apartment.I was told the dishwasher racks was ordered.then I get a message saying the work order was completed but when I get back to the apartment.i see the same rusty racks in the dishwasher.i get another message saying they’re not ordering the racks and I can clean them

The staff does really well on communicating, the property is well taken care of. When problems do arise they are quick to solve them and stay ontop of communicating with us. Rent is fairly priced for the apartments and it is in an ideal spot in town! Truly have enjoyed the past year of living here and we happily resigned the lease for our last year of college! The only thing that isn't ideal is the laundry isn't in unit, but there is a 'laundry mat' you can access 24/7 on the property that does cost to use, but it isn't too expensive.

Unfortunately the apartments were out of our Budget after the other monthly fees were applied. Just wish we had knew about them before we toured

The people are very friendly. One of the men saw myself and my daughter in law gave a hard time moving some of the stuff and he came and helped us. Also Ms. Angel was a blessing she helped with my grandson, keeping him intertwined while we were moving stuff in. Thanks so much to both of you

Angel, the property manager, is amazing. She is so helpful and cares about her tenants. Any issues you have, she will go above and beyond to do her best help you. Mr. Maintenance ( the maintenance operator on property) is wonderful. He makes sure he gets what ever problem you need resolved. He is so knowledgeable and just a great person all around. They both are. They made my experience living at The Commons a wonderful one. The pool is so quaint and perfect to get some splash time in rather it be for yourself or with the kids. Always clean. The property is well managed.
