Commons at Westchase

Idk why there are so many bad reviews. Been living here for 2ish months at this point. No roaches, at all. Even though I keep my balcony open at all times, there hasn’t been a single roach. The westchase area itself isn’t classified as the best but I’ve been biking during the day and during the night to college and the gym and have yet to encounter anything unsafe. The apartment complex itself is great. Pool is always clean and open. Trash gets taken out daily, unlike other complexes where I’ve seen large piles of uncollected trash. The common area is always clean and lively, constantly seeing get togethers and barbecues during the weekends. Hi everyone, I moved to the Commons at Westchase about 4 or 5 months ago. This is my honest review. I love it here why? Management is always on top of everything. Super cool easy to talk to. The young lady in the office is always ready to help you with any questions or concerns you might have. Maintenance is on point. I’ve seen them in the middle of the night going to a call or super early. Landscape is here every other week. We have amenities lounging area BBQ PIT Tennis court and pool you can use. We just got new laundry machines. Follow the rules and you will enjoy the property. This property is quiet everybody minds their business and goes to work. We have HPD officers who live on property they do patrols every now and then. Never really see them say anything to residents. Because like

Just moved in to the Commons of Westchase and I’m very happy with my apartment and the staff Michelle is professional helpful and easy to talk to she helps you right away with anything you need very nice lady and Brice the office manager is very nice and professional. The Maintenance team lives on sight and they fix right away and they are also friendly the environment is quite and stress free i am very pleased ❤️❤️🦋🦋🌷🌷😀

I’ve had a great experience living at The Commons at Westchase. The property is clean, quiet, and in a convenient location, but what really makes it stand out is the management team. Brice and Michelle are fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always quick to respond when something needs attention. They’ve made maintenance and day-to-day communication easy, which isn’t always the case at other complexes. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live with reliable staff who do their jobs well and show care for their tenants. No complaints and would absolutely recommend to friends and family!!
