Commons at University Square

I had a scheduled appointment to tour a two-bedroom unit and arrived on time, only to be informed that no two-bedroom units were available to show. I expressed that this was fine and asked to see a one-bedroom instead, as I was prepared to submit an application the same day. I was told to wait 10 minutes, which turned into 30 minutes. After waiting in the office for half an hour, I was assured that I would receive a FaceTime video tour of the unit. It has now been three days, and I have yet to receive any follow-up. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property due to the clear lack of professionalism. If a simple tour cannot be honored, it raises concerns about how actual issues with a unit might

My experience today was like none other from the time I walked in Lorabeth Spaulding was beyond helpful. Her kindness, patience and knowledge was top notch. Once I expressed my interest in the apartment she literally walked me through the process step by step. Meeting her today was definitely a blessing. Now the property was beautiful quiet and clean. The unit I looked at was not considered renovated and looked very nice. No initial smell, carpet looked new working fire place. The pics on the site look like the units. Definitely worth checking out!

Dayrise Residential manages this complex. They are not attentive to the property and they do not care about residential concerns. I was rented this property on false pretense. I was told that the swimming pool would be accessible and it hasn’t been open all summer. I looked forward to using to the pool for exercise & therapy, I based my decision of moving here because of the pool. I was told that the buildings were in process of being power washed and that never happened either. All Dayrise cares about is getting monies for the rent. They have poor upkeep of the property!

Bri has been very kind through the process and showing me around. When I stopped by today, I missed to notice the icy slope and my amazing car couldn't get up the slope. Ms.Amber ( please forgive if I got your name incorrect ) was there and refused to take no - she stood out there for a lifetime until she made sure my car got up the slope. Moving the mats, salt she didn't have to but she did - She was such a kind heart. God bless you all and great for the place to have good people working there.

The Commons have accommodated my needs and have definitely been a good fit for my new home. I love the area it’s good for the youth.
