HOA decided to use CIM and communicated change late (3 weeks) to homeowners. HOA fees are due on Thurs, 1/1/26. I didn't receive login/account set up instructions in the mail like they said I would so I decided to be proactive and call CIM. 1/29/25 - Called their 800 number to request info for auto pay of HOA fees. The agent on the phone said she's emailing it but email never arrived. I even trolled my spam folder all day. 1/30/25 - Still no email. Called their San Ramon office and left a message, got no return call. 1/31/25 - Still no email. Called again and was told past office hours and to call back the next business day. Sigh. 1/1/26 - Still no email. 1/2/26 - Email? Email? EMAIL..finally arrived later in the day.

Whenever I call Common Interest Management at the San Ramon location, I consistently receive excellent customer service. I would especially like to recognize Jasmine. I’ve spoken with her three times so far regarding 1) the gutter cleaning plan, 2) the payment portal, and 3) the pool furniture update. Jasmine is always friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. She promptly returns calls and provides detailed information and clear guidance, which I truly appreciate. Her exceptional support makes a real difference. Thank you, Jasmine.

Common Interest Management is the worst HOA management company I have ever encountered. All issues that require their attention take months, if not years, to resolve. I had a leak in my roof of my ONE bedroom unit. From October 2021 to March 2022, I was unable to sleep in my bed because the remediation work took that long to complete. During that time, my bedroom was just left completely open to the elements, and I had to sleep in my living room. The roof continued to leak onto my bed and floor during that time. In addition, a sprinkler cover was lost during that time (November 2021). It is now April 2024 and the sprinkler cover has not been replaced.
