I rented Common Fountain for over a year. The neighborhood isn't the best, with many homeless people around. I decided not to renew my lease because of the rent and parking increases. After not renewing my lease, giving advance notice, and following all the rules, I only got part of my deposit back, for no reason. The room was in perfect condition, without a single stain, and yet they're keeping your money. When I moved out, the apartment was already empty. No one wants to live in a place with so many bad reviews. So many empty rooms.

Unsafe and Unreliable – Still Owe Me $1700 RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! This organization is a complete SCAM!! I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with Common Fountain. I’ve been scammed by this organization, and they still owe me $1700. Despite their promises to refund my money, I’ve received no response since. I informed them multiple times that I have a severe animal allergy, yet they placed me in an apartment with animals. This was a direct violation of their website’s claim that no animals were allowed. It was reckless and went completely against my health needs. To make matters worse, the apartment was filled with dangerous mold, which only added to the unsafe conditions. This organization is a complete scam. They’ve taken my money, failed to deliver on their promises, and p

I had a package stolen when I first moved in and that was disappointing, however, that’s more a reflection of the tenants than the complex itself. (Learn from everybody’s mistake and get yourself an Amazon locker to avoid any issues picking up your package) •MANAGEMENT IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL Josh responds quickly and address any questions or concerns you have. •MAINTENANCE IS PROMPT Unfortunately I missed the gentleman’s name who showed up the other day but he was wonderful. He showed up very quick (within 3 working business hours) and fixed the dryer which had been tripped from an accidental overload. Not only did he fix the dryer but he also happened to notice our broken toaster in the kitchen and without anyone asking replaced it for us!! Big thanks to him for that. We noticed and

My experience at Common Fountain was mediocre and uneventful. Although, it has been well over a month since I moved out of their Common Fountain location and I have yet to receive my security deposit back. I have emailed their “members” email many times on this issue and have received NO response. You cannot get ahold of a representative at Common and their support center through “Habyt” is not user friendly at all. In the state of California, landlords have 21 days after lease expiration to return the security deposit. It is upsetting that I have to threaten legal action and write a review just to get their attention. I have made it a point to tell potential tenants and friends to avoid Common and their properties, what a headache.

Run away! I’ve been trying to get back my deposit ($1,000) for weeks now, no one answers my emails or calls. I’m gonna have to take this to small claims court. On top of that, it’s very unsafe, a lof of homeless people around the building, the fire alarm goes off every 2 days. The second week after I moved in, someone broke into our apartment, broke a window and stole some stuff. Management tried to charge my roommate for the broken window and it took them more than a month to fix. You can’t lock the doors in the apartment, meaning anyone can come to your bedroom and take your stuff. This was a horrible experience.
