Commodore Perry Apartments

I LOVE this place. Whitney and Steve are absolutely wonderful to work with and wonderful people in general. The level of communication is great, and never have had any issues when it comes to maintenance -- everything gets resolved so quickly. I strongly recommend living here given the friendly staff, the location and experience!

I love historic buildings and wish a greedy investment group were not the owners of this beautiful historic building. Reinvestment in the building is non existent as the rent increases with every yearly contract. Please move in with the knowledge of these yearly increases on rent. Leaks do not get cleaned up left to mold the carpets, broken elevators, and the constant smell of garbage through the hallways left from garbage juice streaks across the carpet floor from the “Trash service” the Commodore Perry employs. I cant imagine the long term damage living amongst all this mildew and water damage will have on our health. As we pay for the shared spaces electric and water, I believe the commodore Perry has a duty to maintain these shared spaces but as they have stated in response to this ve

My experiences with the team have been nothing short of amazing! Maggie, Whitney, and Steven have come through for me every time I have needed anything! They truly are the absolute best! This is an amazing property!

Stephanie, Laurie and Whitney are all fantastic and can be seen every weekday in the building cleaning and maintaining our community. Any issues I’ve had thus far have been addressed and handled immediately or as quickly as possible. It is truly a privilege to call commodore Perry home. Living in a historic building, awesome building staff, and my friendly neighbors I’ve found it all to be great!

I just moved here in April and have had a great experience. The building staff is always very helpful and attentive. Every service order I have put in is always completed the next day if not the day of. My unit is very nice and quiet! With it being an old building I was skeptical but the staff do everything they can to make it a great place to live.
