John Mottes and Jennifer Carr are very diligent in maintaining the quality of the condominiums they manage. There was an issue with parking at Tyco Park, and they did all in their power to resolve it with out legal action. Unfortunately they had to take legal action, and they got the issue resolved.

If you hire them to manage your property you will end up losing all your all your tenants . If you do risk hiring them make sure your property does not get assigned to the employees named Dayna or Maria. They will treat your clients badly, violate lease agreements, violate payment agreements, disrespect your lease holders to the point of them breaking their contract. You are better off finding another management company and maybe pay little bit more for better service. This company caused nothing but headache. Unfortunately the owner does not give consequences to his staff and that may be why this is occurring. He may just listen to their excuses for lack of better work ethics.

We had CCMC manage our property for years and found them to be in way over their head with filing, document, meeting minutes and receipts. They did not have an escrow account for our property and we are still trying to figure out our balance. We had to extract information from Kris. They had a very poor understanding of our by laws or how to apply them. They contracted projects to the highest bidder and did not supervise the work and sided with the contractors when confronted. They certainly did not have our best interest at heart when making decisions and used VERY poor business practices. Over all I would NEVER recommend them to anyone without VERY close supervision and ask for someone other than Kris.

CCMC is a great organization if you are looking for a commercial property management company. The Motz family is wonderful to work with and the response fast. We recently had an issue and Jenn Carr handled it quickly and was very professional. Thank you CCMC!
