I reported an illegal towing of my car to this company by their management company in Houston they did not reply my email up to today. I wanted to redress the tow fee. I was towed in the first week that i moved in, even though i was a legal resident at the apartment in 2400 Briarwest. Presently, They keep contacting me that i owe them money. This is before i moved out. But then the manager sent me back partial part of my deposit. How could they not see this. I was a given a broken sown statement of my bills and would think my some of the money that the money took out of my account covered it. The company keeps contacting me without a breakdown of the payments. I referred them back to the apartment complex manager. How unprofessional..

They keep trying to get another $97.43 even though I've sent them receipts of my paid bill multiple times and called apartment complex to confirm that my bill was paid on the phone. I emailed receipts to both these emails [email protected], [email protected] and still no one has helped me. I tried calling to explain the issue and they just redirect me to same emails. I don't understand why this company cannot call the apartment complex to confirm I paid. Poor service and rude.

They’re staff at Willow Oaks apartments in Bryan, Texas claimed do not have any skills in customer service nor do they respect their relationship to their tenants. Avoid anywhere managed by these folks.
