My review is solely for my experience working with Jason Sheppard. Left another realtor I was working with that I didn’t feel was aggressive enough in this market at the suggestion of a friend. Jason worked with me for 30 days and told me it was going to take some time to find what I was looking for and he didn’t think he was going to be able to help me with that. Not a positive experience on my end.

We used Molly Blenk to purchase our first home 6 years ago, and once again to sell this home and buy our 2nd home. Each time she has made this process easy and hassle free. Molly always seems to be available for questions and advice. Finding a realtor who is always in tune with the fluctuating market is a must. I couldn’t recommend the Blenk team enough!

Had an agent reach out about an offer that was made, then the agent ghosted us. The lack of communication is not the way I would want my agent to handle my property. Then we find out he used our offer as leverage, which was a great move for the seller and the agent, but I would never use this agency due to the lack of communication.

The first time I laid eyes on my house, I knew it was the one. Mare Warner Colina was there the morning the listing went up and I I'll never forget walking around with her trying to keep from squealing because we had found our unicorn. Competition was stiff and there were NINE other bidders, but she figured out how to give us an edge and so we got it! Mare was a consummate professional throughout the process and I believe it was her expertise that sealed the deal. Months later we are still pinching ourselves and cannot thank her enough for helping us make a dream come true. Would recommend her in a heartbeat.
