Loving my new apartment! The move-in process was easy and seamless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My unit is modern, cute, and perfect for me, especially the built-in desk for working from home. Having an elevator in my building and great amenities is a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

We love this place. It is like being on vacation all the time. There is always something to do. The staff is so friendly and always ready to answer questions and make sure your home is just right. You will never want to leave. Why would you need to with a grill, fire pit, gym, pool, pickleball court, pool table, ping pong, shuffle board, dog park, free drinks, and planned activities every month.

Honestly, I had such high hopes for this place. Unfortunately, there’s zero kitchen storage, so if you’ve ever dreamed of turning your apartment into a Tupperware showroom, this is the spot for you! As for privacy? Nonexistent. The floors, walls, and ceilings are so thin it feels like the neighbors are paying rent inside your apartment! Enjoy constant noise from every direction, at all hours!! Save yourself the headache and do not sign a lease.

This place has a few positives, like good sound insulation and mostly decent neighbors. However, the construction is fast and cheap, and the parking situation is beyond terrible. If you work past 5 PM, it’s nearly impossible to find a spot. I work second shift, and even when I can find a spot, it’s a good few minute walk away. Overall, I’d recommend it if you don’t have a car and enjoy staying inside.

Love the leasing staff and maintenance team here, they have always been super responsive and helpful! The area is fantastic and close enough to beaches and downtown, but secluded enough that it never gets loud or crazy. My only complaint is the parking situation. During the day parking is pretty good, but forget about finding a spot after 8pm. It’s been a repetitive problem for the past three months. While residents have gotten emails saying they are “working on fix in the parking situation” I really haven’t seen much improvement at all, if anything it has actually gotten worse. There is no monitoring of the vehicles on property and no way to regulate how many vehicles residents are keeping on property.
