Lady in office who is the manager who’s office is separate from the two nice lady’s when u walk in is a true person who should be trained on different cultures she profiled me right off the back when I came in almost a prejudice vibe when I came in I would hope that her manager sees this and gives her a cultural appreciation training or something but I’m happy I have the opportunity to post this for any other African Americans that come be aware and don’t allow people to Treat you this way

Terrible. If I could rate at a 0 star, I'd rate below that. Management and office staff is completely unprofessional. They increase rate charges in any way possible. Was told prior to move in that units have w/d hookups for convenience or that they can rent you out a set for an added $50/m. Two days later upon move in they refused to let us use our own w/d and stated that we had to rent theirs for a 1 year lease. We told them no so they changed the lease to 6months with added w/d, increasing our rent. Have had maintenance in/out of our apartment weekly, for the entire three months that we have been here. My mail/packages have been stolen by neighbors, and residents do not watch their children as they're always running through the street. People also do not follow the posted "10mph" speed l

I've been here 4 years and have not had one thing to complain about. They are very caring and attentive to the tenants needs. The apartment has everything on my wish list. First floor, washer and dryer in apartment, carport parking right outside my front door, fenced on back yard, guard at the gate evenings and overnight. It's been a Great experience!!!

I am going on my 3rd year mat Sabrina's Place. I have been comfortable with minor complaints, but if the rent is going to increase each year I renew my lease then I may just have to move. You would think when a management team receives a tenant that is never late on rent in 3 years, causes no problems, and has very few maintenance calls you would give an incentive to keep that tenant. Keeping my fingers crossed for another year.

Nice clean safe apartment. I've lived hear for about 6 months now and i would recommend this place to anyone. First the environment. Its obviously not the best looking or in the best part of town but its not the worst either. So thats good. They have a pool and a couple of courts for recreation. The main thing about the community is that the security protocols are much better than any other apartment ive seen in town. There is only 1 entrance (also an exit) and another back gate which is an exit only. The entrance has security at specific times so i "feel" safer. Next is the apartment itself the interior. We have a 3 bed 2 bath and very happy with it. Carpet which i love. Clean and newerish bathrooms. The kitchen is normal. But the best part is that we havent ran into any bug problems
