The best landlords I've had since living in Columbus for nearly 10 years. Brittany was always quick with correspondence whenever I had a question or concerns, and the turn around rate for maintenance issues was always fast. Managers made sure the public areas of the property were aesthetically pleasing and neat, and they were on top of fixing/updating features of the building. Rent was very reasonable considering the area that I lived in (Grandview Heights).

I love this company! They helped me find my dream place to live. Brooke was excellent and really made the moving process super easy for me and my fiancé.

Brittany was an absolute dream to work with. She was professional, fast acting, knowledgeable, thorough and made the whole process easy peasy! She listed my first home which we received multiple offers on with her genius tactics and she helped to secure my dream home for much less than the asking price!! All the paperwork and documents were on point which allotted a completely stress free process. I ALWAYS knew I was in great hands with Brittany. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend!!!

While not perfect, this has been one of the better rental companies I have used, especially when compared with other Columbus rental companies. Clean, recently renovated property. Maintenance always comes out within 48 hours, sooner if it's more urgent. The staff has all been friendly.

STUDENTS READ THIS: If you rent from CRS near campus, they'll want you to renew your lease by November, or they will rent your place out to someone else. Yes, this means if you move in in August, they'll want you to sign a lease for next August after only having lived there for 4 months of a 12 month lease. If you don't re-sign by December, they'll start showing your apartment, and it may get rented out, forcing you to move. If you do re-sign and for some reason need to back out of a lease renewal that you signed 8 months in advance, you'll be subject to a lot of fees and will need to find a new tenant to take your place. We rented from CRS for two years, and had renewed for a third year when we got broken into (again) and decided to move to a different area. We notified them in April th
