I literally just moved in one of the units and have multiple problems within my unit. First, I’ve been without air conditioning (central air) in my unit for now a month and after countless calls to maintenance no resolve as of yet. I noticed that the refrigerator/freezer in unit isn’t working as well. The lights in the hallway and kitchen are completely out. The communication with this place is extremely disheartening, disappointing, and disgusting. The property manager Christina will completely ignore you because they claim her workload is hectic and she has no help, which technically isn’t the residents fault. These people prey on people who don't have much money. They should be ashamed of themselves. This company is so unprofessional and unpleasant. Please use your housing voucher with another company and research their reviews prior to signing a lease. I wish I could give them negative stars 🌟. Don't waste your time or life with these slumlords. The put families in low income areas where the environment is rough. Keep your family safe and stay away from these people.

I am not pleased, applied for a apartment through them back in July, they where supposed to be Subsidized in the process of being built, well they were completed late Sept 2021, I was contacted on Oct 8, 2021, asking if I still wanted the apartment, I said of course sense my husband and myself are still without housing and not to mention we have paid both our applications fees a total of $70.00. Well it is now December 15, 2021, we still don't have an apartment an they don't contact me back when I call main office, Property manager, will text back but she never seems to know anything, I do not recommend .

I had a pha voucher gave it to Bernadette Davis January 23,2023 haven't heard anything from her since, I've called & called left messages multiple email's & still nothing ! Safe to say because of her i LOST MY VOUCHER! If you don't have to deal with these ppl PLEASE DON'T

I am not a tenant but my daughter is and I have never experienced such a incompetent management at your Edison Township location New Jersey the repeated request of my daughter to management falls on deaf ears the site manager try to force my daughter a number of times to sign an agreement that my daughter has not paid her portion of the rent for over a year so the question is why has management not file for warrant of removal special civil part New Jersey my daughter can proven Beyond Reasonable doubt that she has paid her required amount of the rent management is holding a key fob access entry device so that her father can check on his daughter during her pregnancy hostage until my daughter signs and agreement to repay something that she has paid once that will never happen but be informe
