Columbia Senior Residences at MLK Village

One of the most BEAUTIFUL Communities in the city, my BIGMOMMA raised her family here for over 70 years & 4 generations; seeing it from MLK Village / Capital Homes Projects, to being personally invited back to reside in COLUMBIA SENIOR residences. My Bigmama loved this DOWNTOWN ATLANTA / SUMMERHILL COMMUNITY, especially being this close to GRADY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, and as long as they continue to support & honor their Seniors with dignity (keeping the bed bugs exterminated & the communal area furniture clean and maintained) they will continue to enrich this legendary Atlanta community!!!

The Manager Ramona is simply a delight. She goes above and beyond for the tenants. When we come there to do events she always makes sure everyone in the building is notified so they will partake in the resources. The building is always clean and neat and I enjoy working with her on activities for the residents.

My God Mother has lived here for years and it has remained safe & clean. The Office staff is nice & kind. Thanks for all you do to keep things beautiful & running well for our seniors.

Top of the line senior home very neat clean quiet place near other high-rises but the place has personal parking for residents. Close to downtown but not close to public transportation.

We have used this location for parties. I have a cousin that lives here. He is about 80 and seems to be treated great. We love this place for any functions needed by my family. It’s not super expensive and it is a always clean.
