I love Ella the property manager and the maintenance they do there best to help you get you into a safe nice environment I give this place a 10 out of 10 .it’s affordable!! rent stay the same you don’t have worry about rent going up every month the apartment very clean No roaches 🪳 No bugs these apartments are the first apartments I ever stay in that didn’t have any bugs so it was prefect for me and my family🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ella as a vendor, and she is truly professional and dedicated. She’s always responsive, easy to work with, and ensures everything runs smoothly.

They’re the loudest and dirtiest apartments in all colonial heights. Go look at their parking lot/ trash can. Cars blasting their music at night, when contacting their “manager” I was told to call the authorities whom will do NOTHING. There’s a weird specimen that drives a white Nissan rogue that wakes everyone up at 6 in the morning with his music from his car. New owners have made the apartments nicer looking but the people living there have ruined the peace of this neighborhood. If you like loud music, people smoking illegal substances and drinking outside, drug dealing, sketchy people parking on the side of the road honking unbearably, screaming from tenants, move in. If not, stay away!

The property has been recently remodeled! It is clean and has nice facilities! It is definitely a good place to settle down. Everything is very close.

Somebody stole my package other than that fantastic place
