Columbia Renaissance Square Senior Residences

Hello my new place and family their! I've been here a few weeks, and I love my place and my peace. I mind my business and am about my business. I don't like drama or mess. I love helping people when I can. I don't complain much unless I can't fix it. Am very pleased. The management team, Ms. Keisha,Tawanda,sorry if i missed misspelled and I'll call him Mr. Fix it, man of all trades is super,great,amazing, friendly, professional, very proud of the management team. My $75 was taken and not returned because I canceled because the apartment hadn't been inspected,after waiting homeless for 1 month. The apartment blamed housing yet I never heard from either agency. So I lost $75. After posting this review I was told to contact office. The person that answered the phone said no one worked there by the name Jaime..was rude and very unprofessional.

I had been waiting on waiting list for 7 months but I moved someplace else but I kept checking often for an opening because I was really impressed with how well the property was kept up and even more impressed with the manager Kisha and her very friendly,willing to help assistance Latwana.anytime I have an issue Kisha or Latwana is always more then willing to help and rectify the matter.i have been here 2 years and am very satisfied with this property and management team as well as our maintenance guy Mr.Darrell,so with that been said, my One and only serious problematic issue is "THE PARKING".there needs to be some type of parking permits for the residents with legal registersed,insured vehicles, because after bout 7 pm there is hardly any parking spots because of visitors and other str

I’m a volunteer that visits senior residents. My first visit to Columbia Renaissance Square on Moresby St in Ft Worth last February 2024 was positive. It seemed nice and clean. Here it is 8 mos later and I have seen a gradual decline in the state of this facility. Besides a decline in the appearance of the grounds and hall ways, the main elevator has been out of service for over 2 months. When asked about the elevator the management says they don’t know when it will be fixed!! Makes me question management and the parent company!!

I would like to show my appreciation to the property manager Kisha Bennett. She has shown great concern by coming to the community at mid night due an incident that took place. The fact that she showed up meant a lot to me. Kisha I appreciate all that you do. Keep up the good work.
