I just finished a 3-year office lease with Columbia Commercial as the property manager. What few needs we had, they were consistently attended to responsively and communicatively. It was always very easy to reach our contact (April) via text, email or phone, and any repairs or concerns were always handled very promptly - typically less than 24 hours. Our only reason for moving out is some additional space freed up at our other location, otherwise we would have been very happy to renew with Columbia.

Approximately 6 months ago we turned management of a warehouse over to Columbia Commercial. It was one of the better decisions we have made as they have done an excellent job of overseeing our property as if it were their own asset. They are conscientious, efficient, organized and do an excellent job of communicating with our tenant.
