I'm truly impressed with our experience at the facility. As a corporate professional with a lot on my plate, it's been emotionally challenging to navigate my mom's transition to assisted living. However, meeting Mrs. Washington, or Sheila as she prefers to be called, was an absolute game-changer. Sheila not only made herself available to address our concerns but also explained every aspect of the process impeccably. I had the BEST experience with Ms. Shelia on yesterday. However, prior to that via email…. She was quick responding and easy to communicate with. Tuesday, I observed her multi-tasking, resolving situations, managing employees all while being professional and with a smile. I was extremely impressed. She was also dressed nice. I look forward to her teaching me how to handle business at Columbia Colony!!!
