The place is nice for seniors. Walking distance to the church. Appears to be safe. There are codes to enter the building by notifying the tenant of your arrival. The building is always clean. There are common areas for guest and gatherings. Parking is great also.

This place used to be excellent for seniors, but not so much anymore. My fathers tile in his kitchen has tiles that slide because of the grout is broken between tiles which presents a trip a fall hazard. The elevator stayed broken for a week last year. The gate intercom system works sporadically, and the front door system is the same, I have to call my relative on their cell phone so they can come and let me inside the building. Their was a nurse at he door with me who couldn't get in to see her patient.The entry gate has been open for quite some time because of the broken intercom system which means anyone can come in and vandalize the residents cars. This company should do a whole lot better for our senior citizens.

Ms.Lynnae and Ms.Nicole has been the absolute best, they really make the building loving and enjoyable to stay. Ms.Lynnae is sooo professional very sweet and I enjoy her company Excellent, Integrity , Responsiveness, Respect, Character is on a picture in the office and Lynnae definitely shows all ! Please give these ladies the metals they deserve thank you soo much Nicole and Lynnae

The management office is full of nasty attitude and unreasonable behavior. They treat you like you’re annoying them when you simply just want them to do their job and be professional while doing it. I absolutely loathe coming to this place due to the management office.

This is very disturbing when it has to do with our older seniors The apartments are very dangerous for breathing in the mold that has taken over several apartments Also this is a very serious hazard when it comes to the elderly Also the elevators don’t work most of the time an when entering them there’s always a very loud boom The electrical issues needs to be looked at as well Every time there is a storm The power continuously goes out The maintenance an office employees stay in the office with the door locked at all times The are some serious building code violations that needs prompt attention Something needs to be done for are loved ones This building an management an the corporate office needs to be repaired an looked at as well
