The maintenance team has become much more responsive, promptly addressing repair needs and ensuring that apartments remain in excellent condition. The grounds are now well-kept, with updated landscaping that adds to the community’s overall appeal. The office staff especially Ms. Erika has also shown a renewed commitment to residents, offering friendly and efficient service. In addition, Columbia Apartments has expanded its community outreach efforts, bringing valuable programs to support residents. It’s always refreshing to see changes in the property and staff. Staff is always going above and beyond to help residents. It feels great when a resident is being heard. Love it here.

If I could put zero stars I would. They give false statements to everyone and both of the ladies in the front are very rude and careless, people don’t respect quiet hours and the kids who live around are very rude to others. These apartments are the worst ones I’ve ever lived in, me personally I DO NOT RECOMEND TO LIVE HERE.

For the past few months the apartments have been getting better conditions but sometimes they don't attend us when we need repairs.
