He guided my husband and me through every step of the homebuying process, answered all of our (many!) questions, and was patient, knowledgeable, and supportive the entire time. This was me and my wifes’s first time buying a home together and everything was streamlined do to Colton’s efforts. He gladly accommodated us when it can to times we wanted to visit houses, he also answered any question or concern we had at anytime really. Colton was absolutely fantastic! He was responsive at all times and answered all of our questions, large and small. As first-time home buyers, we felt very comfortable as Colton had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. He recommended great lenders, inspectors, etc. Colton even recommended vetted vendors for small repairs on the house after purchase. He was even willing to schedule these repairs on our behalf. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be working with Colton on our next purchase!

Colton was such an incredible realtor. He offered his professional advice while understanding and holding me accountable to what I said that I wanted. He was very available for showings and I love the systems that he uses to send you updates on homes within your search criteria. Coltons responses were timely and made me feel like part of his family. You can tell that he has been in the real estate business for a while and knows all of the tricks of the trade (down to carrying a measuring tape in his car and knowing the home warranty that actually works for you!) He is persistent and kind and you can't go wrong working with him. I have both bought and sold a house with him, and I am very pleased with the prices I got for my homes and the quality of service from beginning to end.

What can I say about Colton? Quite possibly the best in the business! Colton found me the perfect home. He listened and learned exactly what I was looking for. And he made the process quick and easy… just like it should be. I couldn’t recommend Colton more to anyone looking to buy or sell!!
