It was a bit rocky at first, since I was trying for a late April, early May move starting back in February. COVID-19 hit them as hard as the rest of us. Usually working through the portal or e-mail is the most effective way to work with the property management team. Upon move in, I was delighted with the apartment – simple, cozy, but with enough room for a single person to live reasonably. Any issues I’ve had so far, Mariana is quick to address and including very proactive property standards in regards to cleanliness and appearance. Her manner is direct, courteous, and professional (over the phone, in e-mail, or in person.) This lady in the office is never here. She puts up the sign she’ll be back at a certain time and it’s been 15 minutes since she had to return and she’s still not here 👎👎👎👎👎👎

I've lived here for a few years and this is the best apartment complex I've had the pleasure of renting. The price is outstanding, the staff are friendly and attentive to any issues (for example I was having issues with my mail getting sent and the office staff went out of their way to speak to the mail person and I haven't had any issues since) the apartments themselves are nice on the inside and modern. The best thing about these apartments are the maintenance team. They truly go above and beyond for everyone that I know of and actually tend the any issues that we have within the appropriate time frame. I've seen the maintenance team work until well into the night to tend to a water leak with no issues immediately after notifying them. What really made me go out of my way to write this r

Lived there for a few years, it was an amazing experience. Management always answered my questions in a timely manner and sent maintenance when needed. One time my AC went out in the middle of summer and Carlos Trejo the maintenance man came ASAP and fixed it up right away. His manners and customer service was five stars! Thank you Colores Del Sol.
