We had contacted a different company at first (that will remain unnamed) but we were immediately not impressed. That other company didn't listen to our entire circumstance and very quickly drew the conclusion that what we were trying to accomplish was unattainable. Rich was an absolute privilege to work with. I had a complicated situation being that I am working internationally, and quite remotely while doing so. The seller and title company were also particularly difficult to work with. Rich went out of his way to do everything he could to make sure we got the home on terms we were happy with despite all this, and made him self available to chat with me despite us being on nearly entirely opposite schedules. If I ever need another mortgage, no one else would even be a consideration. You won’t be disappointed in his service.
