They recently took over HOA Management of my condo complex of which I am an owner. The one person who has been helpful is Shane Luke. Everyone else seems to be confused. I've asked for help with documents and records and get the run around, or get told my issue is fixed only to find out next month it isn't. Shane is good people. The others have no idea what they are doing.

Deb Johnson was absolutely wonderful to work with. She patiently answered my many questions and kept me in the loop with regard to an architectural request that was very important to me.

Very helpful when I had billing questions and also helped me get set up on autopay. Friendly, professional, and patient. Excellent customer service.
