Colony Townhome Apartments

On apartment tours today and I meet Ms. Danyale the leasing agent. She was very helpful and full of personality. Although I couldn't see a unit she was sure to answer all my questions with no problems.

Lived here for about 10 months now and have no complaints. Office staff is always helpful, and the maintenance man, Ronald, always does a great Job of effectively and efficiently completing my maintenance request.

Maintenance sucks here they turn off the emergency line phones after 5pm depending who is working and weekends it’s off completely. I’ve said something about this multiple times and they’re not held accountable. The last issue they left tissues pieces all over my bathroom and hallway leading to living room after my bathroom having backed up sewer issues that were fixed till after the weekend. Then my ac is out and am unable to get in touch with emergency maintenance. When your ac is out in 91 degree weather with a child and you pay what you pay in rent. Maintenance should be spot on. Very disappointed.

I came in for assistance and Danyale was amazing. Between her an Ronald they are always great to talk to. It's a great place. Thanks again Danyale and Ronald for all your help!!!!!

I’ve had a few hiccups upon moving in, but both Amauri and Brandis have been understanding and kind as I told them everything I needed. I appreciate the quick response time with my maintenance issues from the maintenance staff who were professional and helpful. Overall I’m happy with my place and the staff, the missing star was for the issues I had that are fixed now…
