Colony Oaks Apartments

I had a very upsetting experience with Sandra at the Colony Oaks leasing office. She was rude, unprofessional, and crossed serious personal boundaries by involving herself in my private matters. She also threatened not to renew my apartment lease, even though I have always paid my rent on time and have had no lease violations. I manage my own business and have been a responsible tenant, so this treatment was completely unfair and inappropriate. I am formally requesting to speak with her manager or upper management to address this issue. No tenant should feel intimidated or threatened. Management needs to take these concerns seriously.

Absolutely avoid this complex. There is nowhere near enough parking for residents, and good luck finding guest parking. The lease openly states parking is not guaranteed, yet management still charges extra fees for a second vehicle with no space to actually park it. If you have two cars, expect constant stress or towing.This place operates what feels like a deliberate towing money scheme management fully approves and supports predatory towing instead of providing adequate parking. Between me and my guests I’ve paid over 1k in towing fees and I’ve only been here 3 months…. There’s no street parking for two blocks, and parking on the street puts your vehicle at high risk of break-ins. Leasing office employee Sandra acted in a hostile, intimidating, and highly unprofessional manner. We were explicitly threatened with eviction and lease non-renewal, our privacy and quiet enjoyment were interfered with, and she abruptly hung up the phone instead of addressing concerns. This was over non-hazardous plants and outdoor furniture used for mental well-being. Such retaliatory and abusive conduct is unacceptable and reflects serious management failure Kindly we need to contact anyone superior to her .Thank you

To maintain a pest-free environment, it's essential to keep your apartment clean. I’ve lived here for nearly five years across two different units, both upstairs and downstairs, and I’ve never had any issues with roaches. Over the past few months, management has made notable improvements, such as repaving the entire complex, repainting the buildings, and removing old trim. They’ve also been proactive in tree maintenance, trimming or removing any that could pose a hazard during storms. For the price and location, Colony Oaks is an excellent place to live.
