Colony East Apartments

Went to check out one of the apartments at colony east Sept. 7. Was very impressed with the customer service demonstrated by Marie at the office. She was very helpful and informative on the property and what it has to offer. She was able to answer all of the questions I had. Very kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend the location.

The customer service Marie Q Lugo provides is excellent and over exceeds expectations. Marie is very serviceable and helpful in all aspects. Transition to moving here with no problems was great. I visited this property earlier in the week, as I am looking to Lease an apartment in the Orlando Area. Maria the Leasing Agent, went above and beyond she exceeded our expectations, it’s located in a great area not too far from Downtown. She was great with communication, and Hopefully soon I can Call Colony East My New Home. Español Inglés I had a good communication with the staff, but in the end when I left on June 11, 2021 and the contract expired on June 30, I called the secretary and told her I would leave on the 11th, I pay the rent or not and I answer, pay the rent and the Leftover days you are debited then pay the rent 968 that money was given away because when I entered the 968 deposit from there they collected the rent and gave the rest of the deposit but the rent was lost they did not want to return. I feel sorry for the manager, he is a very good person and is very prepared for his position. The secretary designed something for you today and tomorrow he does not remember
