Customer Reviews
I have lived at Colony Club since August 2022, and my lease ends May 2026. I have rented a variety of unassuming apartments, luxury apartments, and houses, but Colony Club has been the best rental experience by far! I almost completely overlooked this gem because it had on-site basement laundry instead of in-unit laundry. However, my partner told me to consider it, and from the moment I met Greg/Colton in the front office and saw how much they care about keeping a quiet and well-maintained community, it was my top choice. Unexpected perks: 1. Laundry has been easy: There are 17 laundry rooms, with 3 washers and 3 dryers each. I have easy access to 2 rooms from my unit. 2. Quiet/no noise policy = no loud raging college parties. You can still see grad students and younger families around t
I lived here for 10 years. Quiet but great location that makes life easier. Close to the grocery store with several gyms nearby. Snow always taken care of. The longest I ever had to wait for maintenance was 2 days. Management is transparent and prices are incredibly reasonable. The only real knocks are that it is an older building without in-unit washer/dryer and I needed a larger kitchen space than offered. If you tour and you're happy with the model shown, I would say go for it. All of the "hidden" things about renting are taken care of fairly and excellently.
I lived here from 2023 to 2025 and moved out in August 2025. I wanted to leave a comment earlier but didn’t get the chance until now. Overall, this has been one of the best-managed apartments in its price range. It’s affordable and spacious, and the management team is genuinely responsive. The location is quiet, convenient, and feels safe for both OSU students and non-OSU residents. Columbus winters are long, so having central AC and heat in every room is a major advantage. When I lived here, the utilities were a fixed $150 per month, which really paid off compared to having a separate gas contract, especially if you like to keep your place warm in the winter. Maintenance was always quick, and they actually fixed things when you submitted a request. There are a few minor downsides. Noi
I’ve lived at Colony Club for 6.5 years since 2018, first starting off in a 2 bedroom and then transitioning to a 1 bedroom. My experience here has been fantastic. The apartments are a bit older yes, but it’s well priced and well maintained for the location. Kroger is a 3 minute walk away and the complex is in close proximity (walking distance) to Grandview and OSU and the Lennox town center. The population of people that live here are mostly grad students, young professionals, young families and a few older people. I’ve always felt safe here and never had an issue. The best part of Colony Club is the management. Greg/Colton are great. They very responsive and actually care about the residents. I’ve had a number of different maintenance issues over the years, from A/C leaks to a clogged
I absolutely enjoy living at Colony Club. I lived here in 2021-2022 in a 2-bedroom apartment with a roommate, and I moved back in 2024 to a 1-bedroom. I plan to move nowhere else unless I leave Columbus or need a larger space. Simply put, this is the best bang for the buck for apartments near OSU campus. The electric bill is included in the rent, so you won’t get hit with high charges in summer or winter. The location is great. Kroger is just across the street, and bus stop, movie theater and Target are not very far away. Plus, there are lots of restaurants and bars in the Grandview area. Occasionally, there are some car break-ins in the area, but I never feel unsafe walking around late at night. The management is top-notch among the communities I’ve rented with. First Greg, and now Col
