I lived here for over a year in a studio, unit 202. I absolutely loved it. It was cozy and quiet. My electric bill was $30/mo in the summer and $50/mo in the winter. Great location next to the Trax station and several retail stores. It was super handy living in walking distance of Walmart. The common areas are great. I especially loved the view of the Salt Lake City skyline from the 5th floor. It was a great spot to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July. It's nice that there is a bike storage room, so you don't have to keep your bike in your apartment. The side of the building facing the parking lot is quiet. The Pros: The apartments are just the right size for a person to live comfortably. Two might be a bit cramped, but still manageable. Each one features a full kitchen, including an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The facilities in the building are nice, with a workout room and multiple public areas to hang out. Although the laundry machines are paid, they're available on every floor, so there's no need to wander far to get things clean. The building is also right next to the train station, so it's easy to get to anywhere you need to go. The Cons: Parking requires paying for a pass. These passes are very limited, as the parking lot itself is a single row of around 15 stalls. If you have a car, you'll probably need to park it elsewhere. Nice (if small) micro apartments with full kitchen, bath, nice communal areas, in-building laundry, gym... Centrally located, convenient (esp if you walk/bike). Small amounts of noise from the adjacent TRAX station, easy to ignore.
