Colony At Dadeland Apartments

I had a great experience with my driving instructor, Adianez. They were extremely patient, clear in their explanations, and made me feel comfortable behind the wheel from day one. Each lesson was well structured and focused on building real-world driving skills, not just passing the test.

If i could put 0 start I would be completely do it, Living here was a awfull experience. It felt like living in the project or a poor ambient. To start the place has good amenities like gym pool and bbq area but they don’t have a great mantenience. Everyday ppl bring out their dogs and dont clean nothings there were times I get 4 am from work and I had poop from dogs and pee on the ladders and 1 time in the corners of my door. They rented me a apartment without 2 closet doors and they said it was going to be a week it took almost 2 month and they brought it from another apartment that just got empty because i keep asking for my closet , when I moved in the the windows where so dirty outside and balcony floor was chipped and peeling since the day we moved in, making it unusable. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please don’t waste your time or money renting at Colony at Dadeland. Living here has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment. It started wrong from day one. They made us pay for a full day’s rent because we moved in on September 29th instead of October 1st and even after paying that extra day, they didn’t give us the keys until 5 PM, while my entire moving team had been waiting since 8 AM. Our balcony had chipped paint from the start. They “fixed” it by repainting, and within a week the paint was chipping again. We ended up having to buy a fake floor just to make it usable. They clearly use cheap products and do everything halfway. Maintenance was slow and careless. A broken window handle that was never fixed, dirty exterior

A very peaceful place to live. The apartments are spacious. They have a nice lobby where you can work quietly. A tremendous gym and 2 beautiful pools. A great place to call home.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Unfortunately you’re forced to give at least 1. This property started off as a decent and promising place to live. Unfortunately, it has taken a dramatic turn for the worse. Management’s standards for tenant screening have clearly declined, and it shows. Many residents have no respect for community rules, property, or their neighbors, creating a living environment that is far from what anyone paying this level of rent should expect. The smell of marijuana is constant throughout the hallways, not an occasional issue, but a daily one. The grounds are littered with dog waste because many pet owners here don’t bother to clean up after their animals. It’s unsanitary, unpleasant, and unacceptable. The behavior of unsupervised kids is completely out
