Colonial Village

We lived here 4 years and had 2 kids while here. Definitely family friendly and affordable. One of the greatest pros to this place is the maintenance guy who has been here for years. He is so friendly and does a great job fixing things in a timely manner. The rooms are decent size. We were in a 2 bedroom and our kids shared a room with plenty of room to still play. The walls seem pretty thick. Each townhome has grass in the front and 2 planting areas. (We used one to grow flowers and veggies and the other was for the kids to play). Parking is not assigned but it’s nice they have a decent parking lot, so you don’t have to deal with street parking. The office staff are also very easy to work with and kind.

I live here - great townhome complex. Its definetly a best case scenario in the 1200-1600$ price range which is what I was looking for when I found this place. When I was looking for apartments I was a bit nervous because there werent any detailed reviews online of colonial village, but its been great so I thought I'd share my experience for others who are looking for details like I was. The maintenance man is wonderful: he lives on site and has lived here for several decades; it seems like a lot of affordable apartments have maintenence/management issues, but that hasnt been a problem here for me. Similarly, no issues at all with bugs or rodents, which seems to be a ubiquitous problem around here especially in the city. The unit i'm in (i think all of them) is wired for xfinity internet

Nice neighborhood. Park is right down the street. Everyone is so friendly. Very safe area. Plenty of parking.

Back in 2020 this complex took our personal information then ghosted us. We’re now happily living another townhome even more expensive so their lack of explanation just makes for bad business practices.
