I lived here for a year before moving into a rental home. Is was honestly a great experience. Yes the one bedroom is a little small but the small fenced in yard makes up for it. The staff was always very nice and my maintenance request was handled quickly. You do have one assigned parking spot and spots labeled “guest”. Neighbors were very friendly too and I always felt safe.

This place is trying to charge me for carpet that was never replaced had stains everywhere upon move in and trying to charge for cleaning when that place was cleaned, I have pics/video proof the way it was left also charging over a $1000 I recommend doing a walk thru before and after moving they are and awful place really I would just stay away from there if you don't want to deal with the mess or lawyers

I lived here for 2 years. From July 2015 to July 2017 to be exact. The rate when I left was $445/month, I think. The apartment I had was a one bedroom. There were no amenities that many are used to like a garbage disposal or dishwasher, and in all reality it was a pretty small space. However, for someone fresh out of college, it was great. The place is littered with families, making it feel a bit more safe. Each apartment has its own parking spot, so there is no first come first serve on parking. The owners are constantly trying to upgrade the apartments. While I was living there, we got all new windows and fresh paint in the hallways. The maintenance is FANTASTIC. Maintenance will not fix anything and they let a crack house take over the neighbors area! The manager lies about coming to inspect anything and you’ll have to get rid of the mice on your own

It's been many years since I rented here but it was a dump back then so I am sure it is probably the same. The rent was cheap but the management would knock and unlock your door around the first of every month, probably to see who blew out. The only good thing about living there at the time was the neighbors.
