Colonial Village Apartments

I had a wonderful experience with Miss Sherina when I recently got an apartment at Colonial Village. She was respectful, kind and helpful. From my very first phone call with her and each interaction I've had with her since, she portrays a positive demeanor. I read reviews about previous managers being rude, unhelpful, and not following through on matters (who has time for that?). Miss Sherina is the exact opposite of apparently what 'used to be' practiced. It doesn't cost anything to be kind, and she demonstrates that consistently! THANK YOU!

I moved here at Colonial Village about a 2 months ago and absolutely love it great area haven had any problems. You see people walking they dogs they friendly and speak it's quiet and peaceful. Management is amazing especially Tonya she is very patient,sweet always smiling before moving in she would respond to all my emails very quickly. I was going through alot at that time she just listened to me and just so sweet she is the reason why I picked colonial village as my new home. Mr.Timothy Walton always speak when I come to the office anytime I put in a maintenance request he sends them to my apartment quick . If anyone looking for an apartment you won't regret it as for Tonya she's great😊

Hello, My Name is Tigist Worku , I am a resident at colonial village apartments since early 2016. I’ve met with lots of colonial leasing office managers that worked previous years. However this year I was spiritually motivated to post a review about certain fellow good hearted people that got me through and working around my financial conflicts that occurred in my life. I would like to mention Mrs Sharon’s Krup and Mr Sean who are wonderful. However I wanted to highlight my appreciation for Mrs Sharina Krup who always goes above and beyond to lend a helping hand. I have lived at this property for a long time, it used be the best place to live. Sadly now has become the worst because of the terrible service and unprofessionalism of their staff. Unfortunately the new management is very unfriendly, unprofessional and rude, they have no communication skills at all. This place could look so beautiful and clean only if they would replace the lighting around the property. There are some people that have moved into the property the past few years, I don't have anything against nobody but all they do is drink alcohol and smoke marihuana every single day, outside in the court yard. I am scared to let my children play outside because it has become very unsafe. By the way light bulbs have not been changed in a long time. It is so dark at night that is impossibl

I had the most amazing experience while looking for apartments because of the help of Sherina in the leasing/management office. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive and made the process so easy!
