Colonial Terrace Apartments

This was my 1st apartment i give it 0 stars when i first move out here my rent was 675 & then new management came it went up to 800$ just to stay on Houston ave lol cool 800$ no playground, no pool , no laundry room on site waste of money & they halfway want to fix things i had a water leak in my shower never fix it only 2 maintenance man on site work on 50+ apartments out here lol, . Bottom apartments suffers because of they weak wood floors appliances you hear every foot step that come from above you .THANKFUL MY LEASE IS UP IN APRIL IM MOVING

Since the new owners have taken over, I have seen a lot of impovements and the people are so nice about listening to you about any issues. If you are having problems with your apartment, they will get on it a d make it right. I have been in the complex for many years and in my opinion they are great.

The property manager, Tedria, is absolutely amazing. She is professional, helpful, understanding, resourceful,and patient. Because I was coming long distance, Tedria made sure everything was in place for business to be conducted the moment I had arrived. This interaction took weeks, but Tedria was there the entire time to answer my questions and concerns and making sure we were on the same page with the entire process. The best move-in experience I have had so far, Thank you, Tedria.

It’s under new management cameras has been put around the apartments and management is doing a good job to keep it clean and safe

The property manager Tedria was very helpful and resourceful. Her customer service is excellent as well as her communication during the application process. I appreciate all of her assistance.
