Colonial Square Apartments

I lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. The manager is attentive, and if not immediately available, was responsive to call back. The couple of maintenance requests I made were handled quickly. The 1 Bedroom Deluxe is big and I loved the floorplan. Only moved because I bought a place! All in all a good experience.

If I could give this apartment zero star's then I would. I stay at this complex in the same apartment for 15 years. I always paid my rent on time in some cases I paid the rent a year in advance. I was kicked out because a new tented rented the apartment below me. He was complaining about hearing people walk on the floor. But HELLO you live down stairs. He chose to move in. My Father moved in with me a year before I was kicked out. My Dad died on May 26th ofof this year. As soon as my Dad was buried on on June 5th of this year I revived a notice that I was being kicked with no real reason given. Save your time and and money DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

Tried to rent and was told I have to make $2000 and my 20 year old son have to also make $2000 a month to rent a 2 bedroom unit due to Covid. Now I make the required income but my 20 year old college child does not. Also not sure what Covid have to do with this income restriction. I now know why some people are homeless in our country. Not the smartest person. But if he made 2k a month couldn't he get his own one bedroom?

Wonderful place to live very quite and the inside of the apartment amazing love the tile and carpet has Central Air just love it...Wonderful place to live and the landlord is amazing .

I would give a better rating. We have called and went to the office of both Apartment complexes they are not there they dont answer the phone at all. How are they to rent apartments?
