Do not rent here. They are slum lords. They don't care about their tenants and they have floating managers and maintenance men... and that's because they keep quitting. Regional does nothing. They went months with out a maintenance man. The managers keep quitting, because they aren't doing anything, leaving them to catch all backlash. THEY HAVE A HUGE MOLD PROBLEM THROUGHOUT THE COMPLEX, AND IT'S A KNOWN FACT! One manager quit because they moved an elderly tenant into a unit my uncle was suppose to move in the following day, and made the manager type up a letter blaming the old man for the problem, and it was a lie.

Colonial Ridge Apartments is a horrible place to live. The management doesn't care about its tenants, they lie, and take forever to get simple necessary work done. I went to live there when I was having a hard time with money and it seemed a perfect fit. However within a few months I realized that asking the management anything was pointless. So i simply paid my rent on time, worked hard to keep my place clean and get out of there asap! By the way there is rampant drug dealings and lots of unsupervised kids all over the place. Vandalism is something I was told I would have to just deal with, my car was damaged and vandalized many times. Cops are at the complex a few times a week! When it was finally time to move away (thank goodness) They gave me the run around concerning my secur

Horrible!! management for managers for property, managers!!, in one year three maintenance men in one year. Corporation does not care about tenants. My mother-in-law has had numerous problems and they tell her if she’s not happy just move.

It's a nice apartment but they don't ever have maintenance to fix issues the pool hasn't been open in years currently a whole apartment unit is displaced due to a 15 year old girl driving into the building after taking out the water main and after 3 months it's still not fixed oh and they did not pay tenets to relocate and have no answer to when we can return

I'm well pleased with the management here. They are very pleasant and welcoming. I like the fact that maintenance is always available and how well kept the grounds are its very clean.
