This property is very clean and quiet. Management personal and maintenance are spectacularly professionals.

Lady in there is very disrespectful and abuse her power of the manager position she needs to be fired and made my mother wait a whole week to get a toilet fixed and when my mom when in to remind her again she cussed my mother out and told her she will wait longer now taking it as a game . She’s also a robber she will have people clean her house and not pay. This lady manager lady needs a reality check now she’s evicted my mother nd has given her no time to in advance to get her things ready . My mother is a hard working lady with 2 young children that she takes cares of we were never late with rent or had any issues until the toilet problem…no justice for a innocent Christian women with 2 kids

If your looking for a safe and quiet place to live Colonial Lakes is a great choice. The Property Manager is the Best very helpful, kind and sufficient and her door is open for any questions you may have. The Receptionist at this location is also very helpful and kind. The premises are well kept, a lovely place to call home.

The most up right UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT!! Disgusting property and kids run buck wild with no parental supervision at all. My brother in law was robbed and took his car right in front of our door . The kids scratched and dented our car and others with the bicycles . The kids watch the kids there. No adults supervising. The management has done bug inspections/home inspections without notice. They have actually walked in on me in my own home without notice. If they do put a notice on your door. It’s honestly less then 24 hrs sometimes barely 12 hrs. They tested fire alarms at 7 am without notice . Literally scaring my 3 month old baby and I. The surroundings of the property is disgusting! Trash everywhere. People have honestly threw away dead pets next to the compactor. Management will

The property manager, MARTA JAIME, discriminates, makes assumptions, and has maintenance do constant pest control and preventative maintenance without notice. If you do not open the door, they simply use their master key to walk in then give you a paper slip that states “preventative maintenance.” If that wasn’t enough, they also send an email to provide feedback on the work they did not do, to cover up for entering your property unannounced under the pretense of “preventative maintenance.” Maintenance will also enter the bathrooms in each bedroom to access your living situation. They also like to stare inside the cars that are driving by to monitor who is entering the community. Using the amenities is uncomfortable as the key card provided by the property manager constantly doesn’t work
