Friendly and helpful staff. The units are beautiful and spacious. Very competitive in price. Love the area. The process was seamless from start to finish. Glad to say I’m moving in. Excited and can’t wait! Two weeks and counting!

We’ve lived in this community for over a year now and although it’s a great place to live for the most part, I would like it to be noted that the management team here goes against their own lease terms and allow nuisance tenants to constantly get away with disruptive behaviors without any type of corrective actions. This community is also very welcoming to anyone who is casually smoking cigarettes and marijuana (which is a lease violation and immediate reason for lease termination) in their “drug-free” units knowing that the vents are all connected. If you are someone who is easily irritated and or allergic to smoke this is most definitely NOT the place for you as management will do absolutely nothing to resolve any conflicts.

Colonial Commons has everything I need, and I love living here—it truly feels like home! The sense of community is outstanding, and I take full advantage of the amenities. Whether I’m soaking up the sun by the pool, enjoying a game of pool, or hitting the workout room, there's always something to do. The property manager and staff are exceptional, making my experience even better. I’ve been here for 5 years, and it has been nothing short of fantastic!

I lived here for two years. Things turn d bad when I complained about black mold growing throughout my apartment. Management refused to assist and blamed it on me. When I argued with them, funny things started happening, I decided to moved because couldn’t take it anymore. It was always required that the water bill be paid together with the rent. But after I moved, they sent me to collections for unpaid water bills. They refused to correct their mistake…

EDITED AUG 2025: The apartment itself is great other than things like a hot water heater flooding which I don’t believe is the complexes fault. BUT if you’re looking for a place that management will take care of problem people they absolutely will not. We have had a problem neighbor this entire time and to our knowledge absolutely nothing has been done. This neighbor keeps their dogs on their balcony above ours for hours on end almost daily. For 2 weeks they did not take their dogs out and they just let them use the bathroom up there and when it gets too disgusting she pours buckets of water and sweeps it off when half or more of the urine and feces water gets into our patio. We respectfully reported this once to management and were under the impression that it was taken care of but yeste
