Colonial Apartments

I just renewed my 1300k lease. It’s convenient to my life. But the habits and culture of the tenets lowers the value. If we are all adults. Why is this acceptable??

The ladies of the leasing office, Rubi and Flor, are genuinely kind and very professional. They are always ready to listen and do an excellent job of keeping the neighborhood the safe and friendly place that it is. It's in a great location, too. The maintenance crew is also quick to solve any issues. I've been enjoying the past few months that I've been here.

I’m extremely grateful for the outstanding service provided by our property manager, Rubi Rivera. She consistently goes above and beyond to assist residents and address any concerns quickly and professionally. Because of her hard work, the community is quiet, well-maintained, and very affordable. Rubi truly makes this a great place to live, and I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful home.

A very nice place in the heart of the city, very clean, the units really make you feel at home when you visit them. We requested our first apartment as a family, the process was very fast, we thank Rubi and Flor who were attentive at all times to all our questions. If you are thinking of moving and consider these apartments, you will be making a good decision.

This is by far the best place I have lived in, Their maintenance crew is amazing, The response time is within 24 hours To complete The repairs, The office manager is amazing always polite always accommodating, The rest of the staff is also very friendly, The premises are always clean the pool is always clean and available every day on time during the summer. During the cold days the heat is always working at it's best. I really have to thank them for a great experience in this apartment complex.
