Collingwood Green I, II & III

Now that we’re no longer here, I want to express my gratitude for these beautiful homes, especially when we first moved in. We were the first to occupy the three-bedroom units in 2020. These homes are energy-efficient. The office lady, who was there from the very beginning but unfortunately no longer is, was incredibly kind and always stood up for everyone. She did her best to help in any way she could even through all the management changes (every 2 months it felt like) Now for the cons.. and these are experiences throughout the years consistently that we have noticed. I would not recommend living in this apartment. I have only lived here for 2-3yrs and they have felt like the longest yrs of my life. This is a list of problems I have experienced since being here: They have changed management companies about 2-3 times You can rarely get in contact with the staff by phone or even regular business hrs (they will make sure to get in contact with you if you owe them money) They rarely fix anything (unless they have government inspections then you actually get things fixed) They have mishandled my personal money orders to such an extreme degree that I now make sure I get receipts from them and also get money orders through my bank account just so I can make sure that it is being tracked to a degree that they can't deny information. Been living here for the past seven years they switch management every year maintenance never come and fix anything very unorganized and unprofessional. When you call, they never answer the phone. This is supposed to be apartments for family, but they have nothing. Absolutely nothing out here for kids to do. I hope they don’t think the raggedy park up the street is where kids are supposed to go and play so with no place for kids to play you have kids running around here stealing cars, throwing trash and garbage everywhere. Would not recommend

How do I Apply for these townhomes ? I have been trying to call for a few weeks now no answer & they have not returned my call.. I’m new to town and trying everything to get a home for my children and myself. Can anyone give me any information on how to Apply ?
