Colliers

This is the worst property management group i have ever delt with. They never answer the phones, Amy and her staff are the worst at customer service. We pay around 400 dollars a month in upkeep cost just to have the outside property look horrible all year around. We had our breaker go out and they blamed the 100 degree heat inside our store on us for failure to maintain ac unit. However due to the breaker not working the AC wouldn't run. Cost our company over 7 k in revenue and Amy and her team just blamed us for their ability to fix the electrical issues. They are not veteran owned business friendly, They are not small business friendly and Amy and her staff poorly represents the company of Colliers.

Horrible to deal with. I can't explain how bad my experience was. If I could give a worse review I would. I can't even understand how they are still in business!

These people are the absolute worst. They don't return calls and when when you do reach them they don't know anything. I never hated a company more.

They do not like to pay contractors on time
